MOM, WIFE, NURSE
My name is Cailynn Bateson and I am a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), an Executive Master's of Business Administration (EMBA) and an Advanced Cosmetic Nurse Injector certificate. I have practiced in a variety of clinical settings including Critical Care, Emergency, Labour & Delivery, NICU and Community Primary Care; all have provided me with exceptional experiences and strong clinical skills.
Over the years, I progressed into several leadership positions including Nurse Educator, Clinical Manager and Clinical Director where I was responsible for the operations of multiple programs within the hospital.
PRIORITIZING EDUCATION
Education has always been a TOP priority to me and I truly believe that continuous learning and training is vital to maintaining patient safety, and providing the best possible care for my clients/patients. I have obtained several continuous development certificates over the years including Advanced Leadership & Management, IV Therapy/ Phlebotomy, NRP (neonatal resuscitation), and ACLS (advanced cardiac life support) to name a few.
I have successfully obtained the Advanced Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers Certificate as well as the Platelet-Rich Plasma & Mesotherapy Certificate from the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA).
My passion for aesthetics coupled with my drive for success, determination for results, dedication to safety and continuous learning have led me on this path to medical aesthetics.
